Mamooch’s Authentic Marinara Sauce and Meatball Seasoning Mixes is the culmination of over 100 years of family history. As our family’s pace quickened, there was no longer the time to spend an entire day in the kitchen preparing the “family gravy.”
However, that doesn’t mean that we didn’t want to serve our family and friends a delicious home cooked meal. While many of us who are of Italian descent most likely had a “Mamooch” and a “family recipe” for pasta sauce and meatballs, those of you who aren’t, may not. For that reason we have taken the guess work out of the “secret family recipe,” freed up your time and now offer you this simple-to-prepare taste of Italy.
By now you may be thinking to yourself, “what’s wrong with jarred pasta sauce?” Actually nothing. Generally speaking, they taste pretty good, but, so do fast food burgers. That doesn’t mean you want to serve them at your next family cookout and pass them off as home cooked.
In addition, jarred sauce can be quite expensive. For about the same price as two jars of “gourmet” jarred pasta sauce (20-26 oz), you can prepare twice as much homemade sauce and enough meatballs to feed six to eight people. That’s enough to feed that many people a delicious, home-cooked Italian meal for around $2.00 per person. Not only is it simple to prepare, but also delicious and economical. Mamooch’s Marinara Sauce can stand by itself or add your own touches making it your “secret family recipe.” Don’t worry, we won’t tell.
We’re sure you’ll love Mamooch’s Authentic Marinara Sauce and Meatball Seasoning Mixes just as much as our family has for over 100 years.
Grazie and Mangia,
